Togepi was always one of my favorite ever since Misty came out and she chirped her little chirp.

I decided Togepi needed a friend so this little dancer popped into my head

Her crown was especially hard to get the right size but i'm happy with the results

Might see her up on my Etsy soon but check out other cool stuff in the mean time.
